How AdelCo Home Services is Responding to COVID-19

The impact of the coronavirus pandemic has hit the world in an unimaginable way. All local businesses are doing their best to resume work and recover. We have adopted a set of COVID-19 measures for our cleaning services to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
1. Strict Social Distance Always

Our cleaners will maintain a distance of 2 meters from customers. After arriving at your house, we will ask you to show us what we need to clean.

If there is any problem, we will call you back for a final inspection. Some of our clients prefer to leave the house completely, go shopping or go to the park with their children. You do not have to worry about our agents staying alone at home. They are 100% reliable, and we only hire people after a thorough background check. We will never send anyone whom we cannot trust 100%!

2. We Wear PPE Equipment

Our cleaners will always wear masks when dealing with customers. If the customer is not present, the mask will not be worn at work. The place where we clean our machines after every task is a coronavirus measure is to clean our machines after each job. We want to avoid any chance of cross-contamination so that we will wipe the machine with disinfectant.

3. We Accept Different Payment Methods

It has been noted that the coronavirus can be transferred through cash exchange even though the chances are slim. We understand the risk might not be worth it at times, so we accept other payment options apart from collecting cash. If you do not want to use cash to pay for our services, you can pay via other payment methods.

If you have any of the following symptoms, please do not appoint or reschedule the existing one!

  1. Coughing
  2. Difficulty in breathing,
  3. High fever
  4. Coronavirus.

In addition, if you have any confirmed cases of coronavirus in your house or workplace, please notify us, and we will reschedule your cleaning.

We understand that some people may not want us at home at these times. If you are not satisfied with our coming to your home, please wait until this situation is over.

The measures listed above will be extended as we see fit. We assure our customers that during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will do our best to work safely.

Our COVID-19 Response Policy

We have implemented a set of safety measures that minimize the risk of infection both for our staff and our customers. All our agents will always wear PPE equipment; we will also sanitize our machines after each cleaning task.  

We are humbled to use our services as a means to lessen the impact of the pandemic on our customers. AdelCo Home Services Inc is offering a one-time 50% discount to our frontline workers. The discount includes and all of our cleaning services.

We are grateful to all the frontline staff, and we know how stressful it is to work under these circumstances. So, the least we can do is offer them a discount on our services, given the importance of having a clean home throughout this pandemic.  

Medical professionals, first responders, and other front liners get 50% off our service price.

If any of these categories of health workers are unable to pay the 50% discount, we will carry out our service for free. Note that professional verification of front liners will be required.
